FibreRadar

Privacy notice

Draft – pending lawyer review. This page is a working draft and is not final. Last updated 27 Oct 2026.

This notice explains how FibreRadar ("we") collects, uses and discloses personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect and why

Consent and withdrawal

We only send alert emails after you tick the consent box. Your alert starts as soon as you save it, and every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can withdraw at any time using the link in any alert email or on our Manage alerts page. We record each withdrawal and stop alert emails once it is processed. Alert emails are service messages you asked for, not marketing.

Who we share data with

We use service providers to run the site, such as hosting (Cloudflare), our database (Supabase) and, when sending is switched on, an email delivery provider. They process data on our behalf. Some may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we take steps to make sure your data gets a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. We do not sell personal data, and we do not give your email to broadband providers.

How long we keep it

We keep alert data while your alert is active and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after you remove it, except the consent record we need to show what you agreed to. [Retention periods to be confirmed.]

Access, correction and contact

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you. Contact our Data Protection Officer at [DPO email to be confirmed].
